- Agency Bounce agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data provided during the course of our consultancy services.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the consultancy services with a written notice provided to the other party. Termination shall not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services provided prior to the termination date.
6. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Agency Bounce, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our consultancy services.

Refund Turnaround Time
At Agency Bounce, we understand that sometimes refunds are necessary. We strive to make the refund process as smooth and efficient as possible for our clients.
When a refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method (card or bank) within 5-6 business days. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
